ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, CREDIT MANAGEMENT

Description

Assist The Operation Head to manage and grow the Civil Servant Financing Business.

To oversee and monitor the credit administration and collection activities, to ensure operational smoothness and all tasks are done within the given time.

The area of work does not limit to Credit Administrative but other areas for OSK Syariah Capital Sdn Bhd if is required.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1Responsible to ensure high quality on the service delivery to Business Partner (ie. Timely status update)

2Responsible to ensure quality evaluation on applicant’s credit profile to prevent potential lost arising from poor evaluation.

3Responsible to ensure all customer information are accurately capture in the system. 
4Responsible to minimize audit risk with zero error detected on audit findings.
5Active involvement, to provide constructive contribution to work related project. 
6Maintain good working relationship with business stakeholder and colleague. 
7To extend roles and duties to other area when assistant is required.

8.To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
9.To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
