1. TM to meet the monthly individual sales targets.
- Monthly individual sales target – RM 70,000 net sales volume per month.
2. TM must achieve his / her individual monthly qualified turn up target of at least 20 *qualified prospects turn up per month at the Company’s branch / deck. *Qualified Tour turn up & Sales target will be reviewed from time to time at the discretion of the company
3. A qualified turn up is defined as:
a) For married prospects – combine income equals RM 8,000.00 per month and above. Both husband and wife must be present at the branch / deck.
b) For single prospects – income equals RM 5,000.00 per month and above.
4. Work with strict compliance to all company’s rules and regulations.

8.To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
9.To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
