Planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing andupdating project administration documents; timelines, meeting notes, externalcontractor briefs, status reports, financial reports and H&S documents
2. Collaborate with various departments such ascontracts, M&E department, Sales and Marketing Department, FinanceDepartment.
Attend and coordinate all site matters with variouscontractors, consultants and relevant authorities (technical or non-technical). 
Responsible for the project management and development whichinclude new projects, renovation and upgrading works. 
5. Ensuretimely approval, construction completion and hand over vacant possession inrelation to completed units to purchasers and within time, budget and quality.
6. Provide adviceand analysis on feasibility studies, budgeting, design development and othersrelating to project development and management to the Company. 
7. Handlingin appointment of consultants. 
8. Liaison and strengthen relationship with relevantdepartments and authorities, Coordinationand submission of documents to Ministry of Housing (MOH), local council andrelevant authorities to ensure authority approvals are obtained. 
10. Tender/ Contract management. 
11. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by theManagement from time to time.

Degree in Architecture or Civil/ Structure/ M&E Engineering.


Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
