EXECUTIVE, ADMINISTRATION

Description

Responsible in assisting Manager, Administration in various administrative duties and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1.Prospectus renewal / supplemental procedures
2.Reviewing trust deed, membership agreement, sales documents, and rules and regulations
3.Constant monitor on validity of direct sales license, music license and business license, and ensure conformance to Personal Data Protection Act
4.To liaise with the following party for the purpose of:
i.Liaising with trustee and CCM for advertisement
ii.Liaising with Company Secretarial department to ensure compliance with Companies Act
iii.Liaising with lawyer and Company Secretarial department for acquisition of property
iv.Liaising with trustee for compliance
5.Renewal of branches’ premises / signboard licenses, company vehicle road tax, PUSPAKOM, company general insurance and vehicle insurance, and submission of insurance claim to relevant party
6.Compile and monitor:
i.bank operating mandate
ii.properties’ strata title
iii.risk management
iv.internal audit
v.quit rent and assessment
vi.Balance Scorecard (BSC)
vii.3-year plan
viii.key actions plan
ix.rollover of revolving credit
7.Perform duty in relation to withdrawal of sinking fund
8.Coordinate the arrangement for SGI VC’s Annual General Meeting
9.Submission to HRDF for training claim
