This role will be responsible to ensure the safety, security and protection of persons and properties in the premises. 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. To ensure the safety and security of all resident owner / visitors and the properties in your areas of responsibility.

  2. To report and prevent any suspicious criminal activity/damage/accident/incidents as well vandalism from happening in premises

  3. To ensure the safety, security and protection to properties, including the equipment’s and other assets, which under the supervision and if any defect report to the superior (s).

  4. To ensure only authorized personnel are allowed into the offices/residential / premises that you are responsible to provide security.

  5. To conduct patrol as required and also to ensure that all time clocking activities at the specified floors are carried out.

  6. To ensure the Code of Conduct and Chain of Command been practice at all times as refer to OSK SOP Manual.

  7. To supervise and assist the other related person in the premise example like Driver’s, bodyguards and also the housemaid on the movement as per instructed by the resident owner.

Minimum SPM
