EXECUTIVE I, ADMINISTRATION

Description

Responsible in assisting Manager, Administration in various administrative duties and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Ensuring timely collection of outstanding bills
2. Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of documents and billings for submission and follow up on release of payments
3. Assisting in loan documentation to expedite loan release in order to achieve monthly collection target
4. Supervise and ensure all agreement or document are in order and returned in a timely and accurate manner
5. Submission of documents to ministry of housing (MOH) on withdrawal of fuds and closing of housing development accounts (HDA)
6. Assisting in arranging for memorandum of transfer (MOT) and tittle to be relesed in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Liaison with the relevant authorities, purchaser, financiers and solicitors to ensure all documents and submission are prepared in order.
8. Handling and solving problem and enquiries.
9. Participating company's launches, roadshow, promotions and show house.
10. Check and review monthly project collection report or summary aging analysis report and any other related report.

9. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s)."
