This role will be responsible to handle sales support matters (including sales commission process) and to be in-charge of the master control for any projects that has been assigned by superior.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1.  Ensure the sales / data entries in the ebooking system are accurate and tracking of sales conversion are within stipulated timeframe.
2.  Ensure all booking and sales are transacted in accordance to approved promotional / packages scheme.
3.  Liaise with customers, solicitors, bankers and authorities to produce the desired result in achieving sales budget.
4.  Timely preparation of weekly sales reports, sales performance report, sales conversion report and quarterly report.
5.  Ensure timely issuance the Notice of Release to buyers.
6.  Keep track the budget provision especially promotional packages such as rebate, buyer-get-buyer / buyer-repeat purchase /  referral scheme, free gift etc.
7.  Timely processing of agent commission, sales commission for sales consultant, marketing incentive, support pool incentive, Monthly Productivity Allowances and Conversion Bonus.
8.  Timely prepare agent appointment letter.
9.  Regular monitoring of Bumiputra ownership and provide update to superior and respective marketing personnel.
10.  To prepare, coordinate and to review all the documentation for all projects, for instance, SPA, DMC, consent letter, entitlement letter, etc.
11.  Liaising with end financing (EF) banker and/or value for empanelment of EF for projects. 
12.  Regular update of sales performance to internal sales team and whenever needed.
13.  Review all sales procedure and make recommendations to improve all related workflow when needed.
14.  Regular review ebooking system function accordance with the sales procedure and make recommendations to improve ebooking system workflow when needed.
15.  To practice and comply with all departmental standard operating procedure manual (OPM) as outlined by the HOD and Quality Safety Health & Environment (QSHE) Department.
16.  Close monitoring of aging and sales conversion done by internal sales team and appointed agencies. Recommend action plans to expedite sales conversion.
17.  Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide selling support during sales event / roadshow / exhibition whenever needed.
18.  Staying abreast of the industry trends, practice management standards and technology available.
19.  To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.


Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in property industry.
