Plan, study and formalize products manufacture process by efficient methods at economical cost and according to quality, quantity and specifications.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1.Establish processes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure close adherence.
2.Maintenance of production quality and safety standards to minimize industrial accidents, scraps and reject rates.
3.Review process efficiency and other production indices, initiate corrective/remedial actions.
4.To train production crew appropriate manufacturing processes.
5.Carry out new product trial run, participate in departmental or interdepartmental meetings to troubleshoot production process and equipment problems and spearhead action plans.
6.Liaise with Production, R&D and QAQC on any process relevant issues.
7.Ensure maintained the standard of ISO 9001 quality requirements and objectives meet.
8.Report process performance through OEE.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline


Minimum 2 years of working experience
