This role will be responsible to establish and implement all policies, activities and procedures related to the performance of quality management system ISO 9001.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To assist the Manager, QAQC to implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions related to the delivery/achievement of the quality system.
2. To assist the Manager, QAQC to monitor the implementation of the QLASSIC/CONQUAS or any other quality system at their respective projects.
3. The preparation of the company QAQC manual control.
4. To verify and review contractor’s Project Quality Plan (PQP) and advice and give recommendations.
5. To monitor the implementation of the approved PQP.
6. To coordinate and liaise with the Project Managers and contractors for the delivery and achievement of the quality system.
7. To ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
8. To review all inspection records for compliance.
9. To monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective and preventive actions of the system.
10. To issue and control nonconformance reports (NCR) and undertake remedial or corrective action.
11. To prepare and maintain the quality system documents.
12. To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
13. To attend meetings.
14. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
