EXECUTIVE, ADMINISTRATION

Description

This role will be responsible to provide admin support to the Marketing department.


Tasks & Responsibilities

1.To assist in procurement process such as preparing thepurchase requisition, liaison with suppliers, verification of invoices anddelivery order and others.

2.To provide admin support for casual leasing such aspreparing the memo and license agreements for management’s approval.

3.To be in charge of the inventory of gifts and vouchers forMarketing activities.

4.To process the work permit submitted by tenants orcontractors.

5.To maintain proper filing (physical and electronic) formarketing department.

6.To prepare and compile necessary Marketing reports asrequested by the HOD which include events report, media coverage report,management report etc.

7.To assist Marketing team to manage the Marketingstoreroom.

8.To manage and coordinate meeting schedule when necessary.

9.To prepare minutes for meetings when necessary.

10.To carry out any other duties as and when instructed bythe Management from time to time.

9. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

Education

Minimum Diploma in Admin / marketing

Experience

Minimum of 1 year working experience Fresh graduates are welcome
