Provide a professional personalize service to guest according to the hotel standard operating procedure and to promote the product of SGI Vacation Club in Timesharing Industry.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1.To be stationed at the front desk counter and lobby area to meet and greet all clients upon their arrival and departure.
2.To brief on the daily activity and packages offer by the SCHA.
3.Act as a Sales Adviser to sell our sales product to FIT/OTB client.
4.To provide professional personalize service by showing client the property attraction, rooms and facilities
5.To taking care of the shuttle services between SCHA/ RESORT
6.To channel all the complaint, compliment to the respective Manager, personnel accordingly and to act immediate on every feedback received.
7.To assist and perform in the daily Front Desk Operation
•Filling all report accordingly
•Tidy up front desk counter, back office and lobby area during shift
•To check and assign room for member/guest arrival of the day accordingly
•Able to print, check and prepare guest folio to ensure smooth check out
•To do check in process accordingly to standard operating procedure
•Collecting room deposit from all arrival guest before issuing room keys to prevent walk out situation
•Familiar with rate code and rate structure of the apartment and swiss villa and able to up sell whenever possible
•Know to input reservation into IFCA System
•Answering incoming call accordance to standard operating procedure set by the company
•To call housekeeping double check the room for all departure room before confirming check put with guest.
•Report all move, complaint and maintenance defect according to procedures
•To drop the remittance envelope as deposit and cash receives during shift correctly according to the cashier report
•Log all records of room key be taken by maintenance with the work order form
•Follow and carry out work accordance to the front office standard operating procedures set by the company
•To know who is the manager and security on duty every day in case of emergency
•Take all messages and pass to guest in the timely manner.
•Response to all guests request in the timely manner and follow up with department related promptly
8.Carry out handover at the beginning and end of each shift.
9.Carry out all other duties request by the supervisor and management.

Minimum SPM
