This role will be responsible to handle staff compensation and benefits as well as all job functions of recruitment effectively & efficiently.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely monthly payroll processing including overtime calculation and backcharge.

  • Ensure timely staff monthly claims (medical claims, wellness claims, professional fee claims, travelling claim etc) processing.
  • Ensure proper recording on leave management including upkeeping the Agathae Time Management module.
  • Ensure all employees employment records are updated and maintained in both personal file and HR system.
  • Ensure timely probationers / yearly performance appraisal review.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (Labour Department, IRB, EPF, SOSCO & HRDF) Attend to all statutory related issues.
  • Ensure timely preparation of costing/reports/statistics.
  • Handling disciplinary matters and procedures as well as enforcement of discipline to relevant parties.
  • Provide LEAN suggestions and recommendations to improve the operational efficiency.
  • Handle human resources (HR) planning and administration in meeting manpower needs.
  • Manage adhoc HR Projects including staff engagement activities.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
