SENIOR EXECUTIVE, SALES SUPPORT

Description

This role will be responsible to handle sales support matters for any projects that has been assigned my superior.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To undertake any and all duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
2. Liaising and processing of sales documentation for purchasers and appointed agents
3. Update of master control to ensure data entries accuracy and tracking of sales conversion are within stipulated timeframe.
4. Co-ordinate Sale and Purchase Agreement / Deed of Mutual Covenant / Loan agreement and relevant documents signing with buyer(s) and respective lawyer.
5. Keeping track of budget provision especially promotional packages such as rebate, Buyer Get Buyer (BGB) / Buyer Repeat Purchase (BRP) / Referral scheme, free gift etc.
6. Timely processing of sales commission, marketing incentive and support pool incentive (if applicable).
7. Raise payment requisition for BGB / BRP / referral / termination etc. Establish and monitor paper trail between departments.
8. Timely issuance of reminders and termination letters to buyers.
9. Timely preparation of weekly sales reports, sales performance report and sales conversion report.
10. Close monitor of aging and sales conversion with internal sales team and appointed agencies. Obtain regular purchasers’ loan approval updates from panel bankers.
11. Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide selling support during sales event / roadshow / exhibition whenever needed.
12. To handle and coordinate commissions claim and agent appointment matter.
13. To practice and comply to all departmental standard operating procedure manual (OPM) as outlined by the HOD and QAQC department.
14. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Education

Diploma / Degree & Above

Experience

3 Years Job Experience in Sales Support or equivalent to Sales Admin Job Role.
