EXECUTIVE, LEASING

Description

This role will be responsible to handle leasing matters in the shopping mall.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute leasing strategies to create a balanced tenancy mix for the centre;
  • Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers;
  • Process leasing documentations, reports and retailer correspondences;
  • To assist in managing the daily operations of the leasing department;
  • To assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement marketing and leasing plans;
  • To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields,
  • Able to develop a feasibility studies on market trend (marketing & leasing point of view);
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

  • To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

Education

Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent.

Experience

at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
