EXECUTIVE, QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL

Description

This role will be responsible to assist the superior to implement and review all policies, procedures and instructions related to the performance of quality management system.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist to establish and implement all policies, activities & procedures related Quality Management System ISO 9001.
  • Assist to support and provide guidance to project team on ISO 9001 and QAQC matters.
  • Assist project management with suggestion for improvement on site quality & safety matter and minimize non-conformance of projects.
  • To the routine project’s quality assessment and pre-delivery inspection. Ensure QAQC report is complete within stipulated time for review.
  • Assist to monitor and ensure non-conformance are timely closed. Ensure root cause and corrective actions are appropriately take.
  • Participate the internal Pre-QLASSIC inspection prior to CIDB assessment.
  • Participate the periodic internal ISO audits for all departments and projects.
  • Assist on implementation of QLASSIC assessment at all project sites.
  • Assist to coordinate with Quality Management System certification body on periodic ISO 9001 certification audits.
  • Assist to compile all data related to Quality Management System ISO 9001 for management review.
  • Assist Senior Executive, QAQC to initiate and facilitate Project Management on preventive measures and initiatives to minimize defects at site.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Education

Degree/diploma in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
