FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT

Description

This position is responsible to provide the highest service standard level to guest according to the hotel standard operating procedure during working hours.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Carry out handover at the beginning and end of the each shift.
  • Count the float  money, minimart selling stock, room key and cash deposit at the beginning and end of the shift.
  • Filling all report accordingly. 
  • Tidy up front desk counter, back office and lobby area during shift. 
  • To do check in process according to standard operating procedure.
  • Answering incoming call accordance to standard operating procedure set by the company.
  • Carry out any other duties request by the supervisor and management.
