Schedule preventive maintenance request and keep records to maintain proper control of them to ensure efficiency and trouble free functioning of all air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, fresh air exhaust fan, fan coil units, pumps, sewage treatments plant, incinerator, kitchen equipment's, switchboard and others


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To record correspondence log book of any problems encountered, job done and suggestion with regards to the equipment'sand machinery plant.
  • Responsible to replace burnt out bulbs and others electrical devices.
  • Regular check of lubricating oil level, oil pump, fuel pump, oil heater, air filters, terminal, starter and others accessories that need to be done.
  • To conduct the PMS services regularly towards the filtration system for the swimming pool and all common facilities supply by ensuring all electrical devices, component and light are functioning well and safe.
  • To report immediately to superior on any unusual performances of machine in area of responsibilities, check unusual heat, odor, noise and vibrations from running equipment.

Diploma, Certificate, STPM or SPM


1 to 2 years experiences in any maintenance field such as Technician, Wireman, Handyman, Welder, Plumber and any other relevant field.
