EXECUTIVE, FINANCE

Description

This role will be responsible to handle full cycle of payment processing, closing of accounts and preparation of monthly accounts and financial statements.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist in closing of accounts and preparation of monthly accounts and financial statements.
  • Handle full cycle of payment processing.
  • Carry out bank and/other reconciliations.
  • Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day data entries and maintain proper accounting records.
  • Handle administrative matters of the Department.
  • Filing of documents in accordance with proper filing indexes.
  • Assist in audit, taxation and banking matters.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Education

Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications

Experience

1 years working experience in related field is preferable Knowledge in IFCA Property Software Fresh Graduate is welcome
