EXECUTIVE, SALES ADMINISTRATION

Description

This role will be responsible to cover various aspects of the sales administration functions to ensure a smooth operations of the department.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To undertake any and all duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
2. Ensuring timely collection of outstanding bills.
3. Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of documents and billings for submission and follow up on release of payments.
4. Assisting in loan documentation to expedite loan release in order to achieve monthly collection target.
5. Supervise and ensure all Agreement or Document are in order and returned in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Submission of documents to Ministry of Housing (MOH) on withdrawal of funds and closing of Housing Development Accounts (HDA).
7. Assisting in arranging for Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and Title to be released in a timely and accurate manner.
8. Liaison with the relevant authorities, purchasers, financiers and solicitors to ensure all documents and submissions are prepared in order.
9. Handling and solving problems and enquiries.
10. Participating company’s launches, road shows, promotions and show house
11. Check and review monthly projected collection report or summary aging analysis report and any other related report.
12. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Education

Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent

Experience

Familiar with IFCA System, Microsoft office
