EXECUTIVE, LEASING

Description

This role will be responsible for all leasing matters for retail & office buildings.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Promote, canvassing and sourcing for suitable tenant for Faber Towers and any other properties as assigned.
  • Ensure marketing material and activities are carried out on time.
  • Liaise with estate agents in marketing Faber Towers and any other properties as assigned.
  • Secure new/renewal tenancy through negotiation.
  • Prepare all tenancy related documents such as follow up on proposals, letter of offer signed with acceptance within the timeframe, deposits payment and tenancy agreement signing, tenants documents submission and deposits payment in accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate prospective tenants database and contact details. Get feedback from the prospective tenants for internal evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate existing tenants record for monitoring on tenancy expiry, renewal, termination and tenancy management.
  • Coordinate in handover and takeover of premise to and from tenants.
  • Monitor and ensure tenants complaints are dealt with in a professional manner, build good rapport with tenants while protecting the company’s interest.
  • Work with operational side to ensure efficient work flow in tenancy related matters and collection.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
