VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTMENT

Description

To achieve the OSK Ventures International Berhad Group’s (“the Group”) profitability targets and objectives as well as the profitability targets set by the Head.

Tasks & Responsibilities

a. To develop a well-diversified and quality portfolio in terms of markets participation, sectors allocation and stocks weightage of various levels of capitalisation to maximize investment returns as determined by Board of Directors
b. To develop an investment portfolio which is in line and within the broad parameters established in the Investment Policies and Guidelines
c. The performance of the investment portfolio will be mainly based on and measured by
i) TWRR (Time Weighed Relative Return) and ROI (Return on Investment) or other relevant criteria as determined by management
d. To provide regular training and advice to upskill the investment team’s capabilities
e. To observe and comply with regulatory and market rules and regulations and practices in the dealings with the market and in development of the portfolio
f. To observe and comply with the Company’s and Group’s rules and regulations and practices
g. To provide regular updates and market intelligence to the Management
h. To work together harmoniously with all levels of staff particularly the Senior Management to achieve the department’s and Company’s goals and objectives
i. To perform any other work or tasks not covered in the above as instructed by Management
j. Cross-selling private equity opportunities to the other department

7. To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of Company’s documents and all material information in relation to the business is not compromised.
8. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
9. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

Experience
