INTERN, BUSINESS PROCESS

Description

Provide general daily operation and administration support for Business Process Department. 

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Assist with the development and updating of policy and operations manuals for various divisions;
2. Assist with the development of process flowcharts based on input of stakeholders from various divisions;
3. Assist with development of operational forms and templates;
4. Coordinate approval process for policy and procedure manuals;
5. Undertake ad-hoc projects, assignments or any other duties as and when requested by the Management.
6. Display teamwork and work closely with other colleagues at all times.

9. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

Education

Bachelor degree student in any disciplines, preferably in Business, Finance or IT. Candidate with strong English command and/or ICT knowledge will be given priority.
