CONCIERGE

Description

This role will be responsible to communicate with customers in the information counter of the shopping mall.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To communicate with the customers and to ensure the concierge/ information counter in good presentable order at all times.
2. To gather and provide all the information to customers such as travel routes, transportation availability, etc.
3. To communicate with and provide assistance to tenants when required by centre management.
4. To provide administrative and physical support to marcom / centre management during advertising, promotions and branding activities and stage events.
5. To provide administrative support and marcom / centre management in other activities where required.
6. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

8. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
9. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

Education

Diploma holder or equivalent
