SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Description

Atleast 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Owner in afintech company working in client facing-technology and/or technical/engineeringinvolving API in product management or market development of technical products

Abilityto translate business requirements to technical requirements

Experiencein solution project management

Crossdepartment people management and influencing skillsets

Tasks & Responsibilities

1.Create and manage end-to-end cash out process. Establish strong operationsfoundation for company to scale with.

2.Manage solution rollouts on a project basis, ensuring that a process frameworkand best practices are put in place for future project rollouts

3.Championdaily operations and processes. In charge of process framework anddocumentation. Ensure compliance and seek improvement in terms of time /effort.

4.Incharge of month-end close process framework and reporting standardization withJV partner. This includes journal entries, financial reports, analysis, etc.

5.Assistin annual operating budget exercise, provide analytical support in explainingbusiness performance, reconcile discrepancies arising between the system andfinance records, proactively seek for solution to identify and minimize thedifferences;

6.Assistanceto CEO/ Leadership Team

•AssistingCEO in performing assigned operational duties including sales, customersupport.

•AssistCEO in fund raising, due diligence and investor relations processes

7.RoleRotation

•Onoccasion, be involved in rotational and temporary (<1 week) role assignmentsto understand organisation processes and better serve organisation’s needs.
