EXECUTIVE, TECHNICAL

Description

Responsible for co-ordination of Acotec wall panels installation at any given construction sites. Provide technical support on the Company’s product to existing and potential customers and sales and marketing team of the Company. Implement the Quality As

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To assist, lead, manage and supervise the technical and installer team in Central Region office.
2. To assist sales and marketing team in product presentation to clients and attend to queries on technical aspect.
3. To collaborate with sales and production team to ensure proper planning and application of the products.
4. To provide technical support and resolving any matters related to site works.
5. To provide technical training to all installers coach and improve the method.
6. To attend consultant and site technical meetings.
7. To investigate complaints of technical nature by customers and recommend appropriate corrective measures. Ensure efficient services are provided to clients and customers.
8. To involve in product development and provide input for product design improvement.
9. To provide input on innovative ideas to improve method, tools and material use on site.
10. Recommend improvement and modification in design and construction techniques.
