MANAGER I, PROPERTY

Description

To provide operational insight, uphold the standard operating procedures, policies, and improve the members experience in the owned, and managed apartments, villas and bungalow.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Financial:

a.     To generate Miscellaneous revenue as acquired by the management

b.     To manage the operating cost

c.     Manage on-going profitability of the property

d.     Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.

e.     Responsible includes strategizing to find cost-effective deals, sourcing and suppliers.

 

Members’ / Guests’ Satisfaction:

a.     To ensure higher expected level of room quality and also to ensure we achieve higher service level to the members.

b.     To ensure that vacation survey and OTA ratings are met and exceeded.

c.     Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action.

d.     Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.

 

Internal Operations Processes:

a.     Ensure full compliance to property operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.

b.     Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.

c.     Accountable for operational results, service initiative, revenue, manage cost, and operating profit.

d.     To build a strong and competent team by identifying, recruiting, nurturing, retaining suitable talents and maximise employee performance and positive morale.

e.     Develop strategies objectives and goals for the company and ensure timely execution of these objective into key components of the property’s operations.

 

Periodical inspect all the units / surrounding / storage area

a.     Establishes and maintains applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel.

b.     Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.

c.     To maintain at certain level of cleanliness, standard and quality of the property.

 

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and sent to respective superior and CEO

To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of Company’s documents and all material information in relation to the business is not compromised.

To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business or operational activities to your superior(s).

To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

To ensure that you have a clear and accurate understanding of the industry you are operating in, including operational challenges, trends affecting your industry and accurate competitor analysis.


Education

Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field

Experience

Minimum 8 -10 years as Duty Manager experience
