MANAGER, IBS

Description

Responsible for the planning and effective implementation of the Company’s marketing and sales programmes. Developing new business opportunities and provide technical advice and / or assistance to customers / prospects and authorized agents appointed by

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets.
2. Assist to provide positive leadership, train, supervise and motivate sales team in the assigned region to achieve regional product sales targets
3. Collect sales and marketing information and identify business opportunities.
4. Provide feedback to Management on customers’ needs, trends affecting the company’s products and actions taken by the competitors.
5. Attending to sales enquiries, furnishing product information e.g. usage, application, price movements and other developments to customers / prospects, arranging site visit and sales demonstration, follow up with prospects until closing of sales.
6. Provide services to appointed authorized agents in the assigned region.
7. Collect drawings, purchase order and other relevant sales documents and forward to superior for approval.
8. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for meetings and /or Management’s information
9. Visit to project sites and assist to resolve site issues and / or make recommendation for improvement.
10. Responsible for collections and credit control.

10. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business or operational activities to your superior(s).
11. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
12. To ensure that you have a clear and accurate understanding of the industry you are operating in, including operational challenges, trends affecting your industry and accurate competitor analysis.
