MANAGER, DESIGN

Tasks & Responsibilities

To monitor performance and improve design practices and qualities.
To develop concept and design to meet client’s signature.
To handle full set of drawings as well as presentation material.
To render design ideas in form of paste-ups, 3D visual or drawings.
To estimate material requirement & cost.
To monitor project schedules and budget and ensure project complete within agreed timeline and budgetary constraints.
To prepare sample boards and compiling material.
Attend site meeting, project coordination, site visitation and take measurement when necessary.
To liaise and communicate and coordinate with contractors, suppliers or sub-contractors.
To handle project from beginning until handover with proper format and handover documentation.
Monitoring on staff in relation to their tasks, work performance, career path and problematic area.
Motivate and enhance staff capabilities, skills improvement and employee development.
To perform any other job duties as required from time to time.
