EXECUTIVE, SALES SUPPORT

Description

This role will be responsible to handle sales support matters for any projects that has been assigned my superior.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Ensure the sales/data entries in the ebookingsystem are accurate and tracking of sales conversion are within stipulatedtimeframe.
2. Liaising and processing of sales documentation for purchasers, salesconsultants and appointed agents.
3. Close monitor of aging and sales conversion withsalesconsultants and appointed agencies. Obtain regular purchasers’ loan approval updatesfrom panel bankers.
4. Timely issuance of notice of release letter tobuyers.
5. Co-ordinate Sale and Purchase Agreement / Deedof Mutual Covenant / Loan agreement and relevant documents signing withbuyer(s) and respective lawyer.
6. Timely preparation of weekly sales reports,sales performance report and sales conversion report.
7. Keeping track of budget provision especially promotional packages such as rebate, Buyer Get Buyer (BGB) / Buyer Repeat Purchase (BRP) / Referral scheme, free gift etc.
8. Raise payment requisition for BGB / BRP / referral / etc. Establish and monitor paper trail between departments.
9. Timely processing of sales commission for sales consultant and marketing incentive (if applicable).
10. To handle and coordinate the commissions claim and appointment matter for real estate agent.
11. Attend to customers’ enquiries and giving sales support during sales event / roadshow / exhibition whenever needed..
12. To practice and comply to all departmental standard operating procedure manual (OPM) as outlined by the HOD and QAQC department.
13. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Bachelor Degree

Experience

At least 2 years of working experience in similar field
