This role will be responsible to assist to conduct general surveying work at site and assist in supervision of construction works to meet construction time, schedule and targets.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. To liaise with SO representative / Consultant / Architect in the planning and setting out of designated project.
2. To establish TBM’s and ensure provision of control points and reference marks.
3. To carry out fly level and alignment surveys.
4. To manage and file all survey records.
5. To be responsible for all survey equipment provided at site inclusive of maintenance, calibration and safe-keeping.
6. To supervise, control and co-ordinate the activities of workers engaged at construction site by ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications.
7. To estimate manpower requirements, supplies and materials needed and make requisitions and to assist superior in monitoring and controlling activities to meet budget and cash flow requirements.
8. To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments.
9. To monitor, keep record and report on progress of work daily to immediate superior.
10. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
